We use the Google data you authorize as follows:

- Email Campaigns: Send marketing emails through Gmail using your connected account
- Account Management: Associate your Google identity with your Market Genie profile

10.3 Google Data Storage and Security
We store minimal Google account information necessary for platform functionality:
- Your Google email address (used as your primary account identifier)
- Google user ID (for account linking and authentication)
- Basic profile information (name, profile picture URL)
- OAuth refresh tokens (securely encrypted and stored)
All Google data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols. Access to Google data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel only.
10.4 Data Retention for Google Integration
Google account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you disconnect your Google account or delete your Market Genie account, we will:
- Immediately revoke any stored OAuth tokens
- Delete Google profile data within 30 days
- Retain minimal account linkage data for 3 years for security and compliance purposes
10.5 Your Control Over Google Data
You have full control over your Google data:
- Revoke Access: Disconnect your Google account at any time in your account settings
- Data Deletion: Request complete removal of your Google data by contacting support
- Google Account Settings: Manage app permissions directly in your Google account settings
